Durability of Concrete, Corrosion of Reinforcement, Non Destructive Testing and Forensic Structural Engineering,Sustainable Construction Materials

Research Experience: 

Dr. Mohammad obtained his B.Sc. (Hons) Civil Eng. from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK, M.Sc. (Eng) from University of Liverpool, UK and Ph.D. from Aston University, UK. His research interests include Concrete Durability, Corrosion of Reinforcement, NDT & Structural Forensic Engineering, Sustainable Construction Materials and Environmental Engineering. He developed his interest in durability after seeing many engineering structures and public amenities deteriorate early, before their expected period. Some of his research output were published in Q1 & Q2 ISI journals including Journal of Cleaner Production,

Construction and Building Materials, Journal of Environmental Management, ACI Material Journal and other index journals. Up to now, Mohammad and his team members have published more than 180 papers for various journals, conference proceedings and keynote address. His H-index is 13.
